Our History
Founder John Mills, an experienced (23 years) EPoS consultant to blue-chip companies, started the company in 2006 after turning down a role with Panasonic at their head office in Germany.
Not wanting to lose John’s services, Panasonic offered to make PanaEpos the key partner for Panasonic in the UK, delivering their EPOS products to new clients, and supporting all of the company’s existing contracts across the UK and Ireland.

We are passionate about providing our customers with hardwearing, yet simple to use technology at an affordable price. We always keep our pricing transparent – there are no hidden fees and add-ons – and that’s unusual in our industry.

Our Growth
At PanaEpos, our company growth isn’t based on selling as many boxes as possible. In fact, the opposite is true. Our whole focus is on keeping our customers happy – and relying on those customers to spread the word of their experience with us.

Hospitality Sector
Originally, many of the Panasonic products were specifically suited to use within the hospitality and catering industry. This allowed PanaEpos to become fully emerged in this sector, landing household names like KFC and McDonalds as key clients.

Key to the company’s success has been our ability to understand the needs of various sectors and work with large scale clients, providing complete bespoke EPOS solutions that augment and adapt to the customer’s workflow without disruption.
Our Flexibility
One of the best demonstrations of the flexibility of the PanaEpos systems, is a large project for Greater Anglia that launched in 2016. This provided the client with an electronic billing system which fully integrated with the existing company software, facilitating easy, recordable transactions on trains.
