I have used and recommended PanaEpos now for a number of uses and always found their hardware, software and technical knowledge reliable, Intuitive,robust and supportive.

Having recently opened a new coffee shop PanaEpos was my first port of call. In today's technological world having a one stop supply solution that you can trust, is reliable and robust plus a system that is going to give you the business and customer information you need to stay ahead of your competitors can be a real advantage .

We are only a small business but having Touch Office is giving me real time data that is allowing me to make sensible business decisions , we have decided to stay open till 8 pm and the software gives me hour by hour data which is showing that decision was valid . I also use the loyalty scheme and this had enabled me to build up a customer contact database of over 200 in 3 months, who I am able to email, send special offers and check trends . Being a new business I was recently subject to a VAT inspection and the ability to email reports to HMRC straight from the software help them understand that we were in full control of our stock, sales and VAT tracking .

On a final note we also have PANAWIFI which gives me my competitive edge over my local competitors as well as keeping me compliant I have 254 unique users of the WIFI in 3 months and 100 of these have had multiple visits . this data will able me to do targeting Facebook advertising and combined with the loyalty scheme I now have over 450 email addresses.
