I have used and recommended PanaEpos now for a number of uses and always found their hardware, software and technical knowledge reliable, Intuitive,robust and supportive.
Having recently opened a new coffee shop PanaEpos was my first port of call. In today's technological world having a one stop supply solution that you can trust, is reliable and robust plus a system that is going to give you the business and customer information you need to stay ahead of your competitors can be a real advantage . We are only a small business but having Touch Office is giving me real time data that is allowing me to make sensible business decisions , we have decided to stay open till 8 pm and the software gives me hour by hour data which is showing that decision was valid . I also use the loyalty scheme and this had enabled me to build up a customer contact database of over 200 in 3 months, who I am able to email, send special offers and check trends . Being a new business I was recently subject to a VAT inspection and the ability to email reports to HMRC straight from the software help them understand that we were in full control of our stock, sales and VAT tracking . On a final note we also have PANAWIFI which gives me my competitive edge over my local competitors as well as keeping me compliant I have 254 unique users of the WIFI in 3 months and 100 of these have had multiple visits . this data will able me to do targeting Facebook advertising and combined with the loyalty scheme I now have over 450 email addresses. I would happily recommend and offer to show potential customers the systems we have and the analytics we are able to obtain to ensure we are engaging and encouraging our customers to return.

I find that the PanaEpos system is great value as it's very easy to use and reliable but when I do need help from the support team, they are very knowledgeable and efficient in resolving any issue.
We have been with PanaEpos since the start of our business in early 2016 and have been very happy with the services and systems they have supplied from installation to on-going support. Requests for support have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently. The system is very user friendly which means minimal staff training is required for any new or temporary employees. Communication between front of house and the kitchen is trouble free and orders are processed instantly enabling us to provide excellent customer service.
